No. DeliverIT handles hosting and the technical setup for your published site. We also help keep it running and make improvements after launch. Publishing requires a paid plan.

Mikey is your personal AI agent and your usual point of contact for working on your site. He communicates by email and identifies himself as an AI agent. Human consulting and engineering expertise support his work behind the scenes.

We help understand your business, guide design and usability decisions, consider search visibility, and solve technical problems. Mikey asks for clarification or human guidance when he needs it, and we also work directly alongside him on customer sites.

Mikey helps you work with DeliverIT on your website. The agents you can create inside the application are a separate feature for your own use. Their chat, phone, email, and usage allowances depend on your plan; compare the current plans for details.

Your monthly subscription covers requests for site changes, new features, fixes, design improvements, and business or technical guidance. Work with Mikey to explain what you need. Published-app allowances and AI usage limits still depend on your plan; see pricing for those details.

Timing depends on the request and the work involved. We'll discuss what's needed and the next steps with you. We don't currently promise a fixed response or completion time.

Yes. You can cancel anytime, with no long-term commitment. Manage your subscription in billing settings, or contact us for help. If you plan to move your site, get in touch so we can arrange the handoff and discuss the hosting and domain transition.

Yes. If you leave DeliverIT, we will provide the source code for your site. Contact Mikey or support@deliverit.io to arrange the handoff. This is handled with our help; it isn't an automatic download from the dashboard.

You can use a domain you already own, or ask us to arrange and manage a domain for your site. If you leave, we can arrange a domain transfer where needed. We'll confirm the arrangements and any domain-related costs with you before proceeding.
